Bettinggods Tipster Performance Jan18-Mar19

Bettinggods shows tipsters performance graphs but you can’t compare them – timescales are different, profit scales are different.
BUT put them on the same graph and WOW!
Now you can really SEE who’s better

Bettinggods does display each tipsters performance in graph form on their website but only in isolation. Its difficult to compare them one against the another – the timescales are different and the profit scales are different.

But when you plot all the tipsters performance over the same period and the same profit scale you get much a much clearer picture of their relative performance.

Looking to gain more insight into the relative merits of Bettinggods 17 tipsters I graphed their performance over the period January 2018 to March 2019 inclusive. (Note: All profit figures are points profit)

As of March 2019, Bettinggods currently have 8 racing tipsters, 3 football tipsters and a group of 6 tipsters covering other sports such as golf, cricket and boxing. Their stable of tipsters changes as tipsters fortunes fade and new tipsters come on stream. This analysis is therefore only at a point in time and this list of tipsters may have changed by the time you read this.

Racing Tipsters

The following graph compares the performance of the racing tipsters since Jan’18. It’s a bit messy because there are so many tipsters in this group but its does show some interesting trends.

Quentin Franks Racing for instance shows a very postive bank growth in the 12 months between between Apr’18 and Mar’19. Its currently the most profitable of all the Bettinggods racing tipsters.

The Boookies Enemy had a torrid 6 months between Sep’18 and Feb’19 losing 120 points – roughly half of the profits built up since Jan’18. Subscribers to this service during this period would have been severely disappointed.

Master Racing Tipster has declined steadily since moderate profits to Jun’18.

Football Tipsters

With only three football tipsters currently this graph is a lot simpler than the racing graph above.

It shows a meteoric performance of best-performing Top Football Tipster from its launch in Aug’18 until Feb’19. But a similar rapid decline since then.

Football Acca Tipster only launched in Sep’18 but has already reached the levels of profit attained by the longer running Top Football Tipster service.

Other Sports Tipsters

With 6 tipsters in this group again the graph is a little confused but a few things stand out.

Cricket Betting Tipster has been pretty much static in the 8 months since Jul’18.

You’d have been laughing all the way to the bank if you’d take a months subscription to Golf Betting Expert for August 2018. But this service is a real roller-coaster of a ride as far as profit making is concerned.

Boxing Betting Tipster simply hasn’t taken off at all and looks to be in steady decline now.

Sports Group Performance

Here’s how each group of tipsters performed against each other.

All of the groups show a similar trend over the period with a slow start to 2018 followed by a generally steady upward trend.

However it was the the group of Racing tipsters who performed best with the Other Sports group not too far adrift. The football tipsters produced the least profit over the period.

Benefits of a Tipster Portfolio

The Profit by Sports graph highlights the benefits to be gained from having a portfolio of tipsters rather than following just one.

With a group of tipsters rather than just a single one, you are hoping that any loses suffered by one tipster can be balanced out by the profits of the others. So as long as all tipsters don’t suffer loses at the same time the bank growth will be much steadier.

Staking

With a fixed size betting bank following just one tipster you will have decided what your stakes were going to be – for example £5/point.
Following a group of tipsters you can split that same stake across how ever many tipsters you’re following. For example the £5/point for the single tipster becomes £1/point for each of 5 tipsters in your portfolio. Its the same outlay of money just split across the number of tipsters.
