Tipstrr Tipsters: December Top 10 Newcomers

Just creeping into the top ten is The Winning Line. This tipster joined Tipstrr in October, and after a slight dip in November, bounced back in style last month, producing eleven winners among his 50 tips, including a juicy 18/1 each way shot on Boxing Day.
